What are the delivery charges?
The standard island-wide delivery rate is Rs. 300. For every additional kg, a fee of Rs. 80–90 is charged.
When is the delivery cost required to be paid?
The delivery cost needs to be paid at checkout along with the full amount of the invoice once you place the order.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Currently, cash on delivery is not available, but it will be introduced soon.
Do you ship internationally?

How do I receive payment for my sold items?
Payments are transferred to your bank account once the product reaches the buyer and is confirmed.

Yes, Thrift Lanka helps promote your items through collaboration posts on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
What information do I need to provide as a seller?
Sellers must provide photos, descriptions, size charts (if applicable), and the price of the product.
Can vendors upload their own products?
Yes, vendors can upload their products with relevant photos, descriptions, and prices.
Are there any fees to register as a seller?
Registration is free for all Pop sellers and Vendors.
How do sellers get notified about bargains?
Sellers will receive an email with the customer’s proposed price and can accept or decline the offer.
When do sellers receive their payment?
Sellers receive payment (Price – commission) once the product arrives at the customer’s doorstep.
What happens if my product listing request is declined?
You will receive an email explaining the reasons, and you can resubmit your product for approval after corrections.
Can I upload multiple photos for my product?
Yes, Sellers are encouraged to upload at least 5 clear product photos.
Are there any charges for early Vendor payments?
Vendors can choose a payment cycle: 1-3 Days (3% fee), After 3 Days No Fee.
How does the refund process work for sellers?
If a product is refunded, it will be returned to the seller, who must cover the return delivery charges.
Is there a limit on the type of items that can be sold?
No, anyone can sell anything within Thrift Lanka’s terms of service.
